For many of our clients, recurring services are provided to keep your website or digital marketing campaigns running. Recurring invoices can be issued monthly or annually, depending on what you have signed up for.
You will be notified by email whenever a recurring invoice is issued. If you have questions or need to review the cost of these services, please make a request. You can also login to your client portal.
Here is a summary of key recurring services that may appear on your invoice:
Marketing Retainer: This is a monthly fee based on a set number of hours to build and manage your digital marketing campaigns. Depending on the arrangement, a marketing retainer could be ongoing or may run for a set time period, depending on your needs. |
Maintenance Plan: Our support and maintenance plans are monthly fees to assist you with the ongoing management and maintenance on your website. |
Hosting Fee: If we are hosting your WordPress website, a monthly or annual hosting fee may apply. This fee various depending on the size of your website and the traffic it receives. We only use premium WordPress hosts like WP Engine and FlyWheel. |
Domain Registration: This is an annual fee payable for the registration and renewal of your domain name, such as a .com or com.au. |
Domain Name Service (DNS): Depending on how your domain name is configured, a small annual fee may apply if we need to manage this through our Domain Name Service (DNS). We only use premium DNS through our provider Amazon Web Services. |
Email Forwarding: A small annual fee may also apply to the forwarding of emails received to your domain name to another exiting email address you may have. This is often a cheaper and simpler solution to setting up new email accounts. |
Plugin and Theme Subscriptions: Some WordPress plugins and themes we use are premium products that attract an annual fee. This could be a theme such as Elementor Pro or a premium plugin like Gravity Forms. |
